Bronze Plan
Our Bronze service agreement is a standard T&M support agreement. Engineers are dispatched to your location when you call our central office, and are billed at an hourly rate. Hourly minimums and travel times apply. Phone support is limited. Regular full or half day visits can also be scheduled. During these visits, we will perform routine network maintenance necessary to ensure your infrastructure is running in top order.

Option Silver: Server monitoring, 4 hour onsite response time
For a montly fee, we will remotely monitor and maintain your servers. This includes applying Windows updates, BIOS and firmware updates, backup monitoring, log monitoring and more. Phone support for server related issues is included. Under this plan, if your server fails or experiences problems, we will attempt to resolve the issue remotely or if necessary be onsite within 4 hours.

System changes, upgrades, workstations and all other peripherals are not included and will be billed at an hourly rate.

Option Gold: Server and workstation monitoring, remote diagnostic
Our Gold option includes all the items in the Silver plan, with some important enhancements. The Gold plan takes it a step further by monitoring your workstations, and includes end user help desk support. Users will be able to call our support line and receive assistance from a qualified technician.

System changes, upgrades and peripherals are not included and will be billed at an hourly rate.

Option Platinum:
Our Platinum plan is a monthly maintenance plan that is 100% full service. Monitoring your entire network; including servers, workstations and peripherals. If you want your network to be hassle free and hands off, then this plan is for you. For a monthly fee based on your network, IKON will assume the role of your company's IT department, and keep your computers running smoothly while you focus on your line of business.
